With a deep love of the subtle and following the body's own direction toward healing, I have been practicing massage therapy for over 10 years, both in therapeutic and relaxation settings. My work involves both massage as therapeutic touch, as well as structural releases through positional release and unwinding techniques. I have completed the first four courses in craniosacral through both the Upledger Institute as well as the Milne Institute. I have also taken several courses in Orthobionomy. All of this informs my work.
