CRANIOSACRAL
THERAPY
A
light touch total body technique which works with the craniosacral system to
nourish the central nervous system and to promote and improve overall health
and well-being. CST improves the body’s innate ability to self-heal and release
tensions deep in the body. It relieves pain and dysfunction and ultimately
produces profound positive changes to the body, mind & spirit. CST can
address issues such as: migraine, chronic neck & back pain, stress &
tension related disorder, motor coordination disorders, brain & spinal
injuries, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, CNS disorders, learning disabilities,
ADD/ADHD, PTSD, orthopedic issues and more.
RAINDROP
TECHNIQUE
Uses
a sequence of highly antimicrobial & antiviral essential oils combined to
reduce inflammation. The oils are dispensed first to the feet and then, like
little drops of rain, along the spine and gently massaged along the vertebrae
and back muscles. These oils will continue to work within your system for up to
one week and creates the ultimate in relaxation and healing.
REIKI
An
unseen “universal life force energy,” exists in all things and has been
part of the ancient wisdom of many cultures.
Reiki is the channeling of this energy, for the purpose of healing. It
is administered through the non-invasive laying–on of hands in various areas
that relate to the body chakra positions. The energy not only heals on the
physical level but on the emotional and spiritual level as well. Many physical
conditions (dis-eases) are manifestations of imbalances or blockages on these
other levels of our being. Reiki facilitates our healing on all levels.
SWEDISH
MASSAGE
Swedish
Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils
or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to
help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork
are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress
levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater
flexibility.
