About Me

I am thrilled to bring over 35 years of nursing experience into my bodywork practice.  Having seen first hand the debilitating effects of long term stress (physical and emotional) on the body and the body's ability to heal itself when given the proper environment I am convinced that bodywork therapies, including Craniosacral Therapy, are important tools in health maintenance and recovery.  The clinical suite has a quiet, inviting atmosphere. Each session is uniquely designed to fit the clients needs so that relaxation can occur and the healing process be enhanced.
