As a licensed Holistic OT and Energy Healer with over 20 years of experience, I offer trauma-sensitive care and integrative work of gentle body work of Craniosacral Therapy, neuromuscular massage, energy healing, SomatoEmotional Release, therapeutic exercise and yoga, and mindfulness techniques to obtain relief from physical, emotional, and spiritual pain. By connecting to your body, I’m intuitively guided to use my skills to facilitate your healing on a deep, cellular level. During a session I may also guide you to have a "conversation" with your body and to further facilitate the release of physical and emotional pain and to strengthen the connection to your body’s healing power so you can feel more ease, joy, and reclaim the healing power of YOU!
