About Me

My gift is to help others with hands on healing.  Using over 35 years of manual therapy experience, I provide an eclectic approach to hands on care. My background and training began early in my career by taking classes with St. Augustine University's manual therapy program. I developed a specialty in treating craniomandibular cervical and TMD disorders.  My experience also includes training with Barnes Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation. I provide one hour bodywork sessions at Cleveland BodyWise which shares space at Sternen Physical Therapy in Beachwood, Ohio.  The treatment will consist of balancing the body layer by layer, working through fascia, muscles and joint restrictions. Finer balancing can be achieved by adding in craniosacral and visceral manipulation approaches.  When the body needs a reset or has a stubborn region, I can provide Dry Needling technique as an additional pain management strategy. Furthermore, I have completed the Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Certification program which allows me to guide you in movement processes to balance the body.  It is truly the combination of passive and active treatment approaches that will bring you toward improved wellness and function.
