Hi all

I grew up in Edmonton, Alberta but had regular exposure to my grandparents farm life. I love the outdoors and have played many sports through the years and continue to do as much as time and ability will alow me. I enjoy getting out and connecting with the world around me but love the forest, mountains and waters for my solitude and connecting with mother nature.

I have been practicing as a Massage Therapist for 25 years woking with swedish relaxation, sports massage, upper or lower body treatments, pre/post surgury, prenatal/postnatal, children and elderly. I taught massage for 4 years, as well as ran many workshops on injury prevention, through a volunteer role at the community hospital for 10 years. I also trained as a Social Worker with additional addictions counselor training and worked in child protection. I currently volunteer within my community, as I enjoy in giving back.

I have been receiving body work for over 30 years, which has exposed me to many miracles. The special way that Craniosacral work heals the Nervous System and empowers the inner wisdom to promote healing, was a game changer for me and I am honored to pratice in this solution based way. The body knows... I have been training in CST since 2021 and have plans to complete the advanced training and more. I continue to work on myself and the gifts I can offer the people that I work with. I hope to be able to make lasting changes for my clients and assist in their managment of their body concerns.
