I started on my craniosacral journey when my grandson was born and needed therapy to nurse correctly and to correct his sphenobasilar symphysis (SBS) strain patterns. When his condition improved visibly and his anxiety level dropped I became very interested in this modality.
While taking craniosacral therapy one I was excited to learn about how many health issues CST is able to relieve or solve. Personally, I have always struggled with dyscalculia after several sessions I can state my numbers are so much easier to work with and I don't struggle as I once did.
I'm a native Idahoan. Growing up here has afforded me the luxury of living near most of our family. My husband David and I spend some our time as friendly rivals in local speed competitions. I also love quilting, scrapbooking, traveling and NASCAR. We have two amazing children who live close by and have provided us with 2 grandchildren to love and spoil.

My Skills
I have completed CS1 and CS2 and SER1. These three courses have empowered me to assist others in their healing journey. A note regarding SER1 - learning SomatoEmotional Release was life changing. Several clients have asked for a SER session and have walked away with deep healing. What an amazing modality. I completed Heart Centered Therapy 1 and 2 and find it helpful to allow clients to do their own internal healing.
I also hope to complete longevity
and aging coursework to assist with quality support of the aging population.
GriefShare co-facilitator from 2012 to 2020. This incredible 13 week workbook series was a lifeline after my mother's death. We led 15 classes through 8 years. This allowed me to walk alongside hundreds of others as they grieved the death of their loved one. I anticipate becoming a grief coach in the future.
