Dawn began her bodywork career in 1997. She first apprenticed with an experienced
neuromuscular trigger point therapist learning to work on humans and
horses. She enrolled in Utah College of
Massage Therapy and graduated in 1999.Â
Much of her career has been in private practice working with a variety
of clients.Â
In 2017, she took her first Craniosacral training class and
now exclusively uses the Craniosacral modality to help people improve
their well-being. She has had positive
success working with jaw pain, migraines, head injuries, joint replacements,
back pain and other pain symptomologies such as fibromyalgia.
Dawn continues honing her skills and deepening her
understanding of Craniosacral therapy through continuing education seminars and
as a teaching assistant for the Upledger Institute. She has successfully completed the testing to
be a Certified Craniosacral Therapist and is 1 of only 4 therapists in Kentucky
who are certified through the Upledger Institute. Â
Dawn is available for a limited number of appointments at The Farmacy in Burkesville, KY on
Wednesdays and 2 Saturdays a month. She also travels to Utah several times a year to work on clients in the Salt Lake City area.
