You Center Wellness is the private holistic practice of Dale Wilke, M.S., LMT. He is an Ayurveda Practitioner (M.S.) and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). His practice is guided by enhancing a client's connection to their natural functioning. He draws from multiple therapeutic modalities and subtle supportive approaches to meet each client where they are and support the whole system, including body, mind, nervous system, and soul.
