My long history in contemporary dance enables an ability to sense deep seated tension within a client. Long-term tension, anywhere in the body, can create pain and interfere with function such as digestion or mental clarity.

Looking for relief, my clients come for treatment for all sorts of issues, frequently brain injury or TMJ problems.

In Portland, OR, I had a private massage and CST practice. In 2011, after relocating to Truth or Consequences my work became dedicated to CST and I served as resident therapist at Integrative Intentions for 7 years. In 2022, I resumed private practice.

I've been a contemporary dancer in NYC and Portland, OR for 40+ years, and currently, I continue work on creative dance projects.
