My name is Conner, I'm a dedicated manual therapy practitioner with a deep passion for providing personalized bodywork services. My  focus is to promote therapeutic healing through individualized treatment plans for each client. 

Since 2016 I have practiced radiography in trauma and acute care settings. With this medical background, I began to identify a immense passion for facilitation and wellness. 

Before any technical skillset, I recognize the profound interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit. I work diligently to address all aspects of health during sessions. By taking a holistic approach, I strive to enhance vitality and wellness, ultimately improving your overall quality of life. 

I utilize a diverse range of techniques carefully tailored to meet your unique needs and goals, including Thai Massage (both table and floor), Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Energy and Polarity concepts, Sound Therapy, and Guided Meditations.
