I have loved Cranial Sacral therapy from the first moment of the first class I took,14 years ago. I have been a yoga teacher for over 45 years and have also practiced many forms of massage during that period. I now prefer to offer Cranial Sacral Therapy, rather than any massage forms because I have witnessed how it deeply balances the nervous system and works with the body's own wisdom to self-correct many disturbances and to nurture the whole body toward better health and function. I reside and do my treatments out of my home in Port Townsend, Washington.

I have been studying and practicing CranioSacral Therapy for 14 years.  I have been a Yoga instructor for over 45 years.  I do the CranioSacral treatments as part of my work as a Universal Life Church Minister. I have practiced Lomi-Lomi massage for  over 37 years and have studied and practiced  Traeger, Reiki, and Reconnective Healing as well.
