My journey in the field of physical therapy began in 1995, filled with enthusiasm and a determination to make a difference. However, early on, I realized that the conventional treatments I learned in school weren't always yielding the results my patients and I hoped for, especially in the realm of chronic pain. Frustration almost led me to abandon my new career, but instead, it became the catalyst for my exploration into alternative and holistic modalities. My quest for innovative approaches led me to explore   myofascial release, a therapy targeting the body’s connective tissue, and early exposure to craniosacral therapy. Additionally, I have completed CST1, CST2, SER1, SER2, VM 1 and have a personal training certification through ISSA. Embracing these alternative avenues  proved to be transformative, offering profound impacts on my patients' lives. Having a deep empathy for those enduring chronic pain, I shifted my focus from merely alleviating symptoms to unraveling the root causes behind pain and movement dysfunctions. My commitment lies in providing personalized, compassionate care, empowering my patients to regain control over their bodies and lead fulfilling lives. Over the span of 30 years in healthcare, I've invested in a diverse range of skills. However, I believe my intuition, my ability to connect with my patients, and my comprehensive knowledge empower them to achieve holistic well-being—body, mind, and soul. I pride myself on offering patients a myriad of tools to support them at every step of their unique journey toward wellness.
