I received massage therapy after an injury to my neck and back. After getting pain relief from massage, my goal was to help ease others of their pain. I have been practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2007. I have learned many different modalities, but my specialty is to sensitively work within your pain threshold to treat your body's specific needs.
Each massage is tailored to suit your body's needs. My modalities include Cranial Sacral, Swedish, Deep tissue, Therapeutic Massage, cupping and hot rocks.
