About

Cheryl Bristow has been practising Zero Balancing Bodywork since 2015 after having felt the benefits of Zero Balancing since the early 2000s.  In 2015, Cheryl attended her first bodywork course, was certified as a Zero Balancing practitioner in March 2017, and started working on horses through her equestrian clients. She has added Bowen Therapy for people and horses.  Calling on not one, not two, but three effective types of bodywork: Zero Balancing, CranioSacral Therapy and Bowen Therapy, working with people and horses, dogs, cats and the occasional pet sheep around the Canterbury region.  Cheryl continues to update her bodywork skills, regularly attends CranioSacral review days and courses, and advanced Zero Balancing courses with International tutors.
