Their expertise includes craniosacral therapy—first introduced during undergraduate studies and later deepened through continued education, including study under John Upledger in 2025. They have also completed St. Augustine’s Manual Therapy program, hold certification in manual lymphatic drainage, and have achieved expert-level status in myofascial release.
