Cheryl Ferris PhD, LAT, ATC, LMT

About Me

Being active is what led me to become a certified athletic trainer (ATC/LAT) and becoming ill with GI issues and low back pain is what led me to become a massage therapist (LMT) and Bowenwork practitioner.   My education spans from research, orthopedics, and biomechanics to fascia and biotensegrity to brain-based movement to quantum.  As a life long learner, I enjoy continuing to expand my knowledge and perspectives on the human body and nature.

By combining all of this information, I am excited to offer these perspectives to help you not only optimize function and navigate health but also to help you understand the connection between the body and mind and the world we live in.
