About Me

I became a massage and bodywork therapist because I understand the power of touch to unlock the bodyâ€™s innate healing process. I learned through personal experience that whether we are navigating the aftermath of physical injury, chronic illness, or emotional trauma, stress can become physically held within our tissues. Sometimes, we simply need a skilled partner to help facilitate its release.Â

My practice is built on the belief that true alignment requires an integrated approach. I understand how fascia, muscles, breathing, the lymphatic system and more are intimately linked. I strive to create the conditions to allow your body to release pain and what no longer serves you well, while doing so in a comfortable, safe, space.Â

My Skills

While I use the traditional therapeutic modalities from gentle Swedish, to deep tissue, cupping, and hot stones; my specialized practice also integrates advanced fascia techniques, manual lymphatic drainage, craniosacral work and reiki. My touch is both firm and gentle; I never force the body to change, but rather invite and encourage it to release.
