Lisa G. McFarland, L.M.T., CIC Licensed Massage Therapist, CranioSacral and Pediatric CranioSacral Therapist, and Certified Medical Intuitive Coach.

After receiving her initial CranioSacral training from an amazing osteopath, Dr. John Upledger in 1986, Lisa then worked with a Cranial Osteopath for two of eight years she worked with a head and neck pain and TMJ specialist.

In September 2004, Lisa graduated from the four-year Medical Intuitive certification program presented by Holos Institutes of Health and The Institute for Scientific Medical Intuition, taught by Drs. Caroline Myss and C. Norman Shealy.

Lisa is working towards a degree in Natural Health and Naturopathy from the Clayton College of Natural Health, now managed by Holos Institute. Lisa remains committed to the integration of health and wellness.

In 2011 Center for Health and Wellness moved above The Healing Space, which was opened July 2011 by, Dr. Monica Roberson, the first Houston-based physician to complete a fellowship in integrative medicine under Dr. Andrew Weil at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine. After two years of two locations, Bissonnet and Norfolk, Lisa focused her practice full time at the Norfolk location in 2017. 

My Skills

Lisa completed advanced CranioSacral training, Pediatric CranioSacral Therapy, and SomatoEmotional Release training from the Upledger Institute. 

Since 1988, Lisa has been in private practice, combining CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial work, Neuromuscular work, Bowen and Neuro-Structural Integration Technique (N.S.T.), Somato-Emotional Release and her intuitive skills to create a unique personalized bodywork technique.
