I am very thankful and happy to be on a journey in life to help myself and others obtain a better quality of living. Massage therapy came to me at a time when I was under immense stress and confused on what path I should follow. As soon as I took my first massage course I knew the healing arts had always been and will always be for me and that the type of people I found in these circles were enriching my life enormously.Â
In 2021, I founded Lono’s Wellness Group; a collaborative of therapists that offer unique services tailored to the need of each client.Â
Personally, I love performing CranioSacral therapy with almost all of my clients. I often incorporate it into each session and offer an array of modalities listed below. I love combining all the modalities and techniques I’ve learned to address the clients needs appropriately. I also often use flower essences, crystals, aromatherapy and sound healing in my sessions.
