About

I am an analytical thinker and problem solver by nature – working for more than 20 years in engineering. More recently, I’ve discovered my true purpose is helping people address their wellness challenges through natural, healing, alternative medicine. I have studied alternative medicine for more than 13 years, and I continue to grow in my practice.

My personal journey started in 2003 when a friend encouraged me to pursue a certification in Equine Massage Therapy. A short while later, I was introduced to CranioSacral Therapy as a way to relieve migraines.  I was amazed at the difference and I needed to know more.

I have since added Reiki Master, Equine Touch Practitioner, and Equine CranioSacral Therapy to my toolbox. I have multiple certifications and 13 years of CranioSacral Therapy expertise. The integration of these programs has helped define the body mechanics and add more value to my practice.

As an engineer I used the study of proper body mechanics for process improvements. Those experiences allowed me to apply my bodywork training to safety and body mechanics on the job to help reduce workplace injuries. I have worked with massage therapy offices and chiropractic offices and have enjoyed a collaborative approach to my clients’ health and well-being.

Each client session leads me to an appreciation of the resilience and healing power our bodies possess. I continue to be amazed how we can recover from injury and dysfunction, whether that restriction is physical, mental, or emotional.  In my own life, I strive for balance and harmony through emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing.  I study nutritional health with focus on supplements, anti-inflammatory diets, meditation, and yoga, all of which I also discuss with my clients.  This has translated into a whole-body approach to localized symptoms in my CranioSacral practice.
