About
The most profound bodywork happens from the inside out:  meaning if a bodyworker can reveal and connect to deep levels of imbalances within a client’s tissues within their body, the clients proprioceptive and somatic intelligence stretches them towards freedom.
This access begins to unravel and unwind their armor around old wounds, patterns of protection and allows their body to recalibrate vitality and resilience from a more relaxed baseline in everyday life.
I have worked with clients on massage tables and in the ocean, in a somatic yoga session on a mat, or on a Gyrotonic tower, and always the best work comes from breath and awareness.  When a client enters their connection to the  biomorphic field of life with natural breath, an open mind, their awareness awakens and they start the journey to freedom.
My touch work has been benefitted from my studies with the Barral Institute,  Risa Kaparo (SomaticLearning), Rebecca Goff (Aquacranial), Clyde Rae (Gyrotonic trainers), Cass Phelps (sessions in the biomorphic field ) Esther Gokhale, (the Gokhale method) and Jon Young (nature connection), and my experiences of mothering three sons. Â
