My name is Carolyn, and I started my healing journey with craniosacral therapy over a decade ago.  I was drawn to this type of healing because I myself had chronic pain from a car accident that happened in my early twenties as well as traumatic events that had not been dealt with. My body was holding on to tension and restrictions that I was not even consciously aware of. After receiving some treatments, I started to notice shifts in my own body as well as in my spirit. I welcomed the healing and signed up for my first course. I was hooked after that. Over a decade later I am still in love with this healing modality and feel so blessed to offer it to others.
