About Me

My license to touch is as a registered Occupational Therapist. I've specialized as a pediatric Occupational Therapist for the last 40+ years. I began to explore alternative modalities in the early 1990's when frustrated with traditional practice in dealing with severe developmental disabilities. My first class in CST was in 1996. I went into it with a "show me" attitude and was blown away. I've been taking courses and developing my skills since. For the past 20 years I have had the privilege of working in the homes of many Amish Families in northern Indiana. In this environment I've worked with whole families. Parents, aunts and grandparents after they see the changes in the lives of their children.

My Skills

I have complementary medical credentials in: CST -  Diplomate Certification, Certified Infant Massage Instructor, Healing Touch Practitioner, Foundations level Insight Acupressure, SEVA Instructor, Certified in Zero Balancing, and Certified Clinical Aroma Therapist. I have also studied Myofacial Release, Orthobiotomy, Positional Release, Brain Gym, Minds in Motion, and Sensory Integration. I have worked extensively with conception/pregnancy issues, post-pardum issues, neonates - colic and latch/nursing issues, tongue tie, plagiochephaly and torticollis, children with disabilities from ADD/ADHD to sensory processing disorders to Autism to Cerebral Palsy. And then following these children into adulthood. I frequently work with individuals with chronic neck/back pain, headaches and migraines, sciatica, scoliosis, TMJ syndrome and many other conditions. My goal is to help people to heal and be their personal best.
