Carol has been in the fitness and wellness industry for over 20 years. Beginning with group exercise while working in high tech, she later became a C.H.E.K Exercise Coach in 2006, focusing on correcting faulty movement patterns and how nutrition affects performance. She added Massage Therapy because many of her clients were unable to safely begin an exercise program due to restrained movement. Carol now focuses on Massage Therapy full time, utilizing her skills in corrective exercise, kinesiology, and biomechanics to help her clients move and feel better. She's worked with chiropractors and physical therapists to help their patients with rehabilitation. Â
Carol also works with wheelchair bound clients within the Project Walk Boston facility to help with their goals of walking or greater independence. She added CranioSacral to provide a gentle and effective approach in assisting their recovery.Â
If you are recovering from accident or injury, or want to improve sports performance, or just want to move more freely, schedule your massage or CranioSacral session with Carol today!
