Brook Indries is a licensed massage therapist specializing in CranioSacral Therapy and fascial unwinding via Somassage®. She believes that the body has an innate ability to self-correct given the right resources and education and her approach to body work is centered around this belief. With many years of training and experience behind her, she works with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to their unique body and needs. As someone who has experienced years of chronic pain and helped herself heal and re-train her body, she is passionate about helping people achieve greater health and wellness. Brook's approach is holistic, taking into account the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of each individual. She is committed to providing the highest quality care for all her clients and facilitating a safe, nurturing environment where clients can deeply relax and heal.
