Hi, I’m Bee (Brittney) Hodges—Manual Osteopathic Therapist, movement specialist, and passionate advocate for whole-body healing.

My journey into Manual Osteopathy began with my own story of recovery. Years of sports injuries, car accidents, and chronic pain from degenerative disc disease left me searching for real, lasting relief. It wasn’t until I discovered Manual Osteopathic Therapy that things truly started to change. The impact of this treatment on my healing was nothing short of life-changing—it gave me my mobility, energy, and confidence back. Inspired by this transformation, I knew I had to share this work with others.

I went on to earn my diploma in Manual Osteopathy with Honors from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada, and now run my own practice here in Calgary, Alberta.

My approach is grounded in over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. I’ve worked as a Physical Therapy Assistant, a certified personal trainer, and a group fitness instructor. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful movement can be—and how frustrating it is when your body isn’t able to move the way it’s meant to.

In every treatment, I look beyond just symptoms to find and treat the root cause of dysfunction. Using a variety of hands-on techniques, I work to restore alignment, improve mobility, and support your body’s natural ability to heal. I believe in personalized care that meets you where you’re at—whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply wanting to feel your best.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll likely find me moving—on a hike, in the gym, or exploring new ways to support health through balance, strength, and alignment.
