Born and raised in Hawaii, I have been a massage therapist for 18 years, specializing in medical massage, trauma recovery, and rehabilitation —with a focus on whiplash, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and chronic conditions. My client history includes individuals with Parkinson's, ALS, spinal stenosis, fibromyalgia, autoimmune conditions, kidney concerns, traumatic brain injuries, concussions, and cancer recovery. I work with both children and adults, offering restorative, solution-oriented services designed to support whole-body wellness.

I believe that nothing in the body works in isolation everything is interconnected. My approach integrates osteopathic manual therapy, craniosacral therapy, and the gold-standard Vodder technique for Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD), along with other advanced clinical wellness modalities. I address structural alignment using a gentle, non-force approach, treating one layer at a time and working with both tissue and muscle memory to facilitate deep healing. Every session is tailored to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance and function —because true wellness is about treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.
