About Me

I’m a registered nurse and CranioSacral Therapy practitioner with a deep curiosity about the body and a love of learning.

My introduction to CranioSacral Therapy (CST) was personal. My daughter was receiving CST from an occupational therapist to help her develop tools for managing anxiety. She experienced immediate benefit—especially a level of relaxation she hadn’t found with other approaches.

One day, when she couldn’t attend, I asked if I could receive a session myself. At the time, I had been living with constant tension in my chest for months. After my first session, the tension disappeared for eight hours—something I hadn’t experienced in a long time.

After a few more sessions, the pain resolved completely and has only returned briefly at times, never as a constant presence.

That experience inspired me to learn about CranioSacral Therapy and how it supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance. In January 2026, I completed my first CranioSacral Therapy training in Madison, Wisconsin—an experience that was truly life-changing. Building on that foundation, I was excited to continue my journey by attending and successfully completing CranioSacral Therapy 2 in October 2026 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Each step has deepened my understanding, appreciation, and passion for this work and its ability to support the body’s natural healing process.

Today, I continue to work as a registered nurse while also offering CranioSacral Therapy, combining my medical background with a gentle, holistic approach to care.
