About Me

I have been a professional practicing LMT for the past 7 years. Previous to license as an LMT, I worked and trained as a Western Herbalist, Birth/Postpartum DoulaÂ and Yoga Instructor. Since becoming an LMT, I have pursued education and training in myofacial techniques, cupping techniques, Somatic Experiencing and Visceral Manipulation. My approach is therapeutic. I use my hands and other senses to listen to what the body has to say and then integrate my skills, knowledge and experience to facilitate reduction of pain, increase alignment, health and healing.
