About Me
Barbara is a Board Certified and Delaware State Licensed Massage Therapist who earned her Mastery of Healing Arts in 2003. She has studied with teachers of Toltec, Tibetan, North and South American traditions since 1994, including a 5-year apprenticeship with a Native American Energy Worker. Her studies have taken her to the mountains and monasteries of Tibet, the pyramids of Mexico, and the ruins of Peru.
My Skills
Barbara's bodywork practice includes massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, somatic emotional release, visceral manipulation, lymphatic drainage therapy, zero balancing, myofascial release and unwinding, shiatsu, and reiki.
