My name is Audrey Bowden and I have been a licensed massage therapist in the state of New Hampshire since 2009. As a young athlete, I learned all about aches and pains which were often written off as "growing pains" by most western medicine practitioners. Although I never planned on being a career massage therapist, the field has opened a wide variety of doors which have put me in a unique positions to guide others to root cause solutions.Â
As someone rooted in holistic wellness, I have learned that there are so many intricacies in the human body. We could spend a lifetime learning how it operates and still never fully comprehend it. Since 2009, I have taken Continuing Education Classes in Kinesiology, Ashiatsu, Thai Massage, Cupping Therapy and now, Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute.Â
It was CST that opened my eyes to everything I didn't know about the body and revealed the synergy between the spiritual and the natural in real time. Suddenly, the theory of energy in relation to the body became tangible and has completely captivated my attention. Taking the time to release stagnant energy can be a foreign concept and my hope is that all people can come to enjoy the peaceful relaxation found deep within. Â
