About

My intention as an LMT is to find and nourish a connection with each of my clients. I have traveled and studied a wide range and I’m trained in breath work, somatics, anatomy, movement, and birth work. I’ve spent my life reading books and learning about health, healing, wellness, physical anatomy, as well as the body-mind spirit connection. I specialize in treatment via soft tissue manipulation and movement, CranioSacral Therapy, and breath work. I am constantly seeking to learn in order to bring more to my community and to better hold space for my clients.

My Skills

I have specifically been teaching yoga as well as studying movement and anatomy for the past decade.

Currently, I am studying for my CranioSacral Therapist Certification. I am passionate about incorporating this modality into each of my massage therapy treatments so that  my clients receive the benefit of this style of work.

I've recently begun work in SomatoEmotional Release and am enjoying seeing the positive effects for interested clients.
