   "I enjoy helping people at every avenue. I want people to be their best selves, so I am passionate about leading them to discoveries about themselves and give hope to them that there is something that can be done to help them along their journey. You are not alone. There are many conditions that can be positively effected through the many modalities and techniques of massage. 

    Before going to massage school, I had always thought of massage therapy as a luxury, not as a health profession or a wellness tool. Unknowing of all of these great things massage can help benefit, I learned first hand that professional touch modalities can help people who have been abused. Touch is a very powerful sense and can be used for comfort, peace, nuturing and healing. I want others to know how to use touch therapies to HELP HEAL THEMSELVES. "

     My personal interests all of these things that fill my soul- bonding with nature, experiencing music,  meeting new people and learning from them, making everything I touch a bit better than it was before, and capturing a moment through photography.

       Howdy! I am the owner of Intuitive Bodywork and Massage LLC and have been a licensed massage therapist since 2012. I completed a 900 clinical massage therapy program specializing in Neuromuscular Therapy. During schooling, I decided to complete approx. 70 more hours than the program required for licensure, to have more hands-on experience before entering the massage field. 

After graduation, I entered a 4 year hands-on apprenticeship at a pain relief center working with another LMT and PT where I studied applied kinesiology, reflexology and osteopathic approaches to care.

     Since becoming a massage therapist, I decided to stay in the clinical field and went on to certify in Level 3 NeuroKinetic Therapy, Level 2 KiniesioTaping in Fascial Movement Taping for Performance, Cupping, Level 1 MPS (Microcurrent Point Stimulation) and AromaTouch using doTERRA essential oils. 

   As I enjoy encouraging learning and growing, I decided to teach essential oil classes for a period of time to help people use the gifts of the earth to help manage their healing, emotions, use non toxic chemicals around the house, and even gardening.  I am always honored to present at Career Days and teach loved ones how to participate in their loved ones healing journey by showing them techniques to use at home.

     I combine many other wellness treatments to intuitively approach each session to optimize the achievement of my client's goals to best serve their needs. I have also experience using Precision Neuromuscular Therapy, Direct/Indirect Techniques, TMJ massage, Craniosacral Therapy, BodyTalk and Emotion Code.

     I value education and full body awareness so I choose to guide each client to an understanding of what their own body physiology and anatomy, and how the client can be proactive and preventative in the future.
