I have been a licensed massage therapist for 25 years with a wide range of experience working in private, medical and spa settings.  I am a Reiki Master and have taken continuing education and have additional certifications in medical massage, sports massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy/trigger point, cupping, aromatherapy, reflexology and energy work using singing bowls and tuning forks.  I am a technique certified CranioSacral therapist with the UpLedger Institute.  Becoming certified with the Upledger Institute requires successfully completing a written paper, written exam and practical exam.  Certification with Upledger additionally requires ongoing continuing education courses. I am also a teaching assistant for CranioSacral 1 and 2 courses.  My clients include individuals with acute and chronic pain, people recovering from surgery, amateur and professional athletes and people who simply want to reduce stress and just feel better.  I offer a variety of massage techniques to incorporate into each session allowing me to tailor the massage to meet the needs of each individual client.
