Annette Figueredo

Annette Figueredo has an inborn passion for healing through her hands, her heart and her mind. For the last 10 years Annette has been immersed in some of the greatest healing sciences the world has to offer including Ayurveda, Yoga and Massage Therapy. Annette dedicates a large part of her practice to helping women enhance their fertility naturally and rejuvenate during the sacred postpartum window.

Annette is also the Southeast Regional Spa Trainer for Shankara Naturals, teaching Ayurvedic bodywork services (like Abhyanga and Shirodhara) to prestigious spas around the world. Annette has had the pleasure of training many top-tier establishments including the Spa at Little Palm Island in Little Torch Key, St. Regis in Bal Harbor, The Biltmore Hotel in Miami, Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Lapis at the Fontainebleau in Miami Beach, Canyon Ranch at Sea, Boca Raton Resort & Club and The Retreat Center in Costa Rica, just to name a few.

Annette's healing modalities encompass a broad toolkit incorporating yogic tools like breathwork, sounding and metaphysical techniques to loosen restrictions and move stuck energy, thereby allowing the body to restore itself naturally.

Annette graduated from University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and entered the world of massage and healing after leaving a bustling career managing domestic and international advertising campaigns around the world.

Her innate thirst for life and happiness is evident in everything that she does and all endeavors that she touches. Annette resides in Miami, and her greatest pleasure and past-time is raising her 5-year-old son, Jack.
