About Me

Anne welcomes all who seek better health on their life path. She uses a variety of approaches, primarily craniosacral therapy, to ease pain and improve functioning. She believes there is both an art and a science to therapy to providing effective treatment.

Anne began her career as a music therapist with developmentally disabled adults and children. Co-treatment with an occupational therapist led her to pursue study in OT. In 1987, she became a pediatric occupational therapist specializing in sensory integration, eventually retiring in 2018. In 2000, she became a massage therapist. She studied Judith DeLany Neuromuscular Therapy, Barnes Myofascial Release, and Rebecca Ridge Positional Release therapies.

Craniosacral therapy is now a central part of Anne’s approach to facilitate balance in her clients’ health.
