About Me
My name is Annaliese Danielle, you can call me Anna. My goal is to facilitate wellness and promote overall wellbeing. I am inspired by clients commitment to their personal growth and healing process.
I was drawn to bodywork through an early interest in meditation practices. I became a reiki practitioner in 2013, and in 2017 I furthered my studies by becoming a yoga instructor. My focus on utilizing my skills to help people and fascination with anatomy led me to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. During school I was introduced to Craniosacral therapy and fell in love both personally and professionally with it's unique approach in connecting body and mind. Whether you are seeking care for a specific pathology, or to relax, balance your nervous system and enhance your quality of life, Craniosacral therapy has a unique way of meeting you where you are regardless of your personal history or belief system.
In addition to Craniosacral therapy I offer integrative therapeutic massage, thai massage, and reiki treatments.
In my free time I enjoy reading, practicing yoga, Qigong, strength training, aerial arts, and relaxing in nature.
My Skills
I have 7 years experience working at the 5-star Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa. Currently I am working out of an acupuncture office alongside Amy Gonzales LAc, Dipl. OM. @jadeacupuncture. jade-acupuncture.com. We provide treatments both separately, and combined services for those who are drawn to acupuncture but also desire more hands on bodywork during their treatment.
