I began studying Craniosacral therapy in 2014 and have truly found my passion. I am Techniques Certification as of July of 2018 and am currently studying for my Diplomate Certification. I have found particular interest with the more in depth brain work and chronic depletion. I also regularly act as teaching assistant for Craniosacral 1 & 2 and SER 1 classes. Through my assistant work, as well as, attending my own classes throughout the craniosacral curriculum, including SER, Advanced work, brain work, chronic depletion and pediatrics, I have been able to refine my skills with each course I attend. I will continue implementing this care as I work through the curriculum and further my studies. I am addicted to learning! Here is a little bit about my background. I graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I went on to continue my studies at the National University of Health Sciences earning a Doctorate of Chiropractic (DC) Degree, as well as, a second Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Biology. I became certified in Acupuncture/Meridian Therapy and attained a Fellowship in Acupuncture from the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture shortly after graduating. I also went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice from the National University of Health Sciences in 2011. I am also a Reiki/Master Teacher. In addition to my current craniosacral studies, I have been utilizing and studying low-level laser therapy as an adjunct to my patient care. In August of 2020, I completed a Masters in the Human Anatomy and Physiology Instruction program from New York Chiropractic College.

I have developed a wonderful balance between chiropractic care, craniosacral therapy and all of my studies to give my patients the best possible outcomes toward optimal health. I strive to treat the whole person and use the natural approaches I have been studying for years while tailoring each treatment to your specific needs. In short, I love what I do!
