I started Anatomical Renewal,LLC to assist adults and children in maintaining their health and well-being and to provide relief to those who suffer from persistent conditions such as emotional and/or physical pain, decreased motion and mobility, brain injury, and behavioral issues. Experience has taught me that listening to, understanding, and integrating what clients and their bodies are saying are paramount to creating individualized and successful treatment plans. I am passionate about helping people with chronic conditions and helping those who do not improve with more mainstream therapies.

CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral, Neural and Vascular Manipulation, and Myofascial Release are some of the disciplines in which I am trained. All are gentle manual treatment techniques used to assist your body with self healing and self correcting for optimal function.

These techniques will be applied appropriately on an individual basis to treat a variety of conditions including but not limited to: Chronic Pain, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Digestive Issues, TMJ Dysfunction, Headaches, Whiplash, Neck and Back Pain, Joint Pain, Soft Tissue Pain, Pelvic Pain and dysfunction, Incontinence, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Anxiety.

I have been a licensed physical therapist in New Jersey and New York since 1996. My Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University and my Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison led me to positions at many prestigious institutions including Physical Therapy Manager at Ridgewood Orthopedic Group and Kessler Rehabilitation Institute, Senior Therapistat NYU’s Rusk Institute for Rehabilitation, and Physical Therapist for the US National Artistic Swimming Team which included Olympic athletes. My professional degrees, along with training in art, music and choreography, combine to provide a unique ability to integrate the art and science of helping people heal.
