About Me

Born in 1982, in a family of four, I soon began to understand I love human connection, and social interactions became my trademark.

All subsequent activities involved helping or getting involved in services that brought wellbeing to the customers, beyond the actual product or service delivered.

Later in life I discovered I have the ability to take pain away just by being present in someone's field and, once I started believing in me sufficiently enough to proceed to pursuing a healthcare profession, I discovered the amazing community of craniosacral therapists. Or maybe they discovered me :D

Anyways, since then, my life occupation and mission became craniosacral therapy and, ever since I enrolled on this path, I am continuously specializing, adding courses to my curricula, attending study groups and any related events.

I have two amazing kids, whom I love dearly and are guiding me to be a better version of myself, each and every day. For them, and for the amazing world we live in, I strive to make this place better every day, one craniosacral patient at a time.

Thank you for joining me in this amazing journey of both self discovery and others' inner physicians encountering and honoring. Let's surf life together :*

NM1 is a specialized course focusing on the impact of trauma and whiplash. The specialization allows us to:

  • Address the three primary areas of trauma as they relate to whiplash: physical laws, evaluation and treatment.
  • Approach the appropriate anatomy and physiology for treatment of whiplash and trauma conditions.
  • Locate and release restrictions along the meningeal system.
  • Assess injuries to the soft tissues of the cervical region and apply treatment protocols for optimal release.
  • Apply tests to determine restriction patterns of the cervicobrachial region.
  • Understand how whiplash creates restriction patterns throughout the body.
  • Integrate techniques that encompass the whole body, as the whole body receives collision forces in a whiplash injury, not just the cervical spine.
  • Evaluate restrictions in the lumbosacral region.
  • Work with new applications of visceral manipulation principles and techniques as they can be utilized for patients presenting whiplash and other conditions involving trauma.
  • Compare treatment sequence and tests for whiplash and traumatic injuries.
