I work with the body's fascial, muscular and neurological systems to help people ease restrictions and move through life with greater freedom.  These restrictions can range from mild stiffness and a desire for greater movement fluidity to deep-seated muscular tension and chronic discomfort. Whether mild or intense, restrictions are often shaped by postural habits, a stressed or reactive nervous system, or stored tension from past physical strain. Using an integrative combination of skills drawing from CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Mobilization, Neural Mobilization, Therapeutic Massage and GYROTONIC Movement Training, it is my mission to help people restore tissue mobility and build healthier relationships with their bodies, minds and spirits. Empowered Movement is an Empowered Life!
