I'm a mountain loving wife and mother, and have over 20 yrs of being a bedside RN in the Critical Care. With my husband and teenage boys I snow ski, ride BMX bikes, hike and hunt. My days are best when I start each day asking to be led the way God has planned for me. I have personally benefitted from CranioSacral therapy while undergoing breast cancer treatments in 2019, and am thankful that I can call myself a Breast Cancer Warrior.  I continually marvel about the human body's intricacy, wisdom, and resiliency. Offering CST to others allows for further exploration of how the body can be healed.
