My name is Amy Hoef I am a Licensed Massage Therapist located in Swansea Illinois. I fell in love with Cranial Sacral Therapy during massage school and in May 2025 I had life changing experience with this work and it changed the course of my career. I am a Cranial Sacral Practitioner and am in the process of getting my Cranial Sacral Therapist Certification through The Upledger Institute. I truly feel called to do this work, to help my clients feel more at home in their own bodies. I have recently expanded to seeing pediatric clients, showing children with medical or emotional discomfort how they can feel safe and cared for in their bodies. It is an honor for me to care for my clients.
