My Scoliosis has lead my life though the most amazing path learning how it live without pain.  I was first drawn to Reiki and yoga. Then to massage school. Craniosacral therapy was such an eye opener to the depth of the bodies’ (my bodies’) ability to heal and let go of past traumas. Anatomy Trains Structural Integration training in 2015 lead me deeper into anatomy studies and the world of fascia. I am now finding such amazing integration with Craniosacral therapy and Structual Integration. I’m so thankful for all my teachers on this journey of life.
