About my practice:

I would love to help you move the way you’d like, for a more radiant and abundant life.

I’m a movement and manual therapy specialist with a heartfelt passion for helping others feel just how special movement can be. Whether you are having difficulty getting out of bed or an athlete, have acute injuries or persistent pain, just want to play your instrument or enjoy your kids/grandkids in the park or on the floor—let’s work together together to get you more mobile.

This wellness journey primarily involves hands on manual therapy, as well as therapeutic exercise and mobility instruction. Whatever the treatment plan entails, I bring 20+ years of experience as a physical therapist (hospital and outpatient settings, which includes working with acute and chronic conditions).

Ready to help you Get Mobile!

About me:

When I am not working or continuing my studies in becoming the best practitioner I aspire to be, I enjoy hanging out with close friends and family, listening and dancing to live music, playing with my 2 dogs and cat, playing the piano, singing, and staying active. I love to be outdoors, hiking, camping, cycling, mounting biking, swimming, and playing pickleball. Additionally, I spend time deeply exploring my spirituality and personal growth with meditation, yoga, and reflection in the wilderness and at home.
