About my practice:
I’d like to help you move the way you’d like, for a more radiant and abundant life.
I’m a movement specialist with a heartfelt passion for helping others feel just how special movement can be. Whether you are bed bound or an athlete, have acute injuries or persistent pain, just want to play your instrument or enjoy your kids/grandkids in the park or on the floor—let’s work together to get you more mobile.
This wellness journey is mobile too! I’ll travel to meet you and your needs, in the comfort of your home or in the community. You can also travel to be seen in my clinic. Wherever we meet, I bring my 20+ years of experience as a physical therapist (hospital and outpatient orthopedics) and as a former certified athletic trainer (1997-2006).
I also currently work at the University of New Mexico Hospital in the Outpatient Rehabilitation Services Department. I have been with UNMH for 20 years, and thoroughly enjoy working with people from all walks of life to help them experience less pain and to become more functional in their overall mobility and daily lives.
Ready to help you Get Mobile!
About me:
When I am not working or continuing my studies in becoming the best practitioner I aspire to be, I enjoy hanging out with close friends and family, listening and dancing to live music, playing with my 2 dogs and cat, playing the piano, singing, and staying active. I love to be outdoors, hiking, camping, cycling, mounting biking, swimming, and playing pickleball. Additionally, I spend time deeply exploring my spirituality and personal growth with meditation, yoga, and reflection in the wilderness and at home.
