About Me

I first found Craniosacral Therapy after my oldest daughter was born in 2018. She had a lip and tongue tie that was affecting our breastfeeding journey and I decided to get them both released to help her latch better. My birth doula had suggested we do some CST beforehand to help her body integrate the releases better. I saw immediate improvement in her latch but even more so, her whole body seemed to completely relax. Even things like a widening of one of her eyes and less favoring to one side were seen within a day. She was so much more comfortable in her own body and I was completely hooked on this new modality.

At that time, I had been working as a NICU nurse for a little over 7 years and I knew that CST was what I was really meant to do. I wanted to be the one helping babies and adults alike feel at home in their bodies again. I have always had an interest in holistic/alternative medicine and was so happy I found an avenue I could take that built upon all the years of nursing experience I already had. I love the idea of helping people support their own bodies in the healing process to get to a place where they are really thriving in life instead of just getting by.
