Alisha has been a licensed massage therapist since 2003. She attended Myotherapy College of Utah in Salt Lake City and has always loved assisting those who suffer from chronic pain. It was in 2008 that she discovered the benefits of CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and it changed her practice for the better. While working for a chiropractor she learned how quickly CST can really work, having only 15 minutes with a client each session and sometimes only 5 of it spent doing CST. The results were remarkable and Alisha decided she had to learn as much about CST as she possibly could do benefit anyone who walked into her practice.
Alisha lives and works in Orem, Utah, is married with 3 children and loves to ride her bike in the mountains. She also loves to cook, especially for others, and loves going to the movies.

My Skills
Alisha has specialized in Injury Rehabilitation massage and Trigger Point Therapy. She now focuses heavily on CranioSacral Therapy for any and all ailments and will often times utilize CST in her sessions massage sessions, in addition to doing full CST sessions. She has completed Upledger Institute's CranioSacral 1, CranioSacral 2, and SomatoEmotional Release 1.
