I am a Bowenwork Practitioner, registered with the American Bowen Academy. I have worked at Carlisle Bowen Works for over nine years. As a person always striving to learn, I became a licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania in 2016 and began taking CranioSacral classes shortly thereafter.

With over twenty-five years of experience in the fitness industry, I continue to maintain current certifications in SilverSneakers, Group Fitness, and Yoga as well as Personal Trainer. This adds to my ability in helping and guiding our clients in improving their overall well-being.
